Terms & Conditions For Inflatable Hire.


When you book a inflatable for your party/event with little legs buses you are agreeing with our terms and conditions.


Payment/deposit and cancellations

  • We do not require any deposit.
  • The hire balance is required to be paid in full on the hire day at time of setup.
  • Payments can be made via cash or card payments.
  • Any cancellation request must be received at least 24 hours before your agreed hire date.


Access to your site

  • Our inflatables come in all different sizes so please check the dimensions of your inflatable that your have hired, the dimensions of our inflatables are available on our bouncy castle prices page.
  • We need a minimum of 2 feet extra space down the sides of the castle for pegging and 4 feet to the rear of the castle for the fan and 4 feet at the front for safety mats. all these need to be added to the inflatable sizes listed.
  • There cannot be any over hanging trees or bushes near these space where you intend to site the inflatable this is to avoid damaging the roof or sides of the inflatable. If you are unsure please contact us for advice.
  • Please do not water or cut the grass the day before the hire date.
  • Please make sure the ground is clear, level and free from sharp objects and animal foul.
  • PLEASE NOTE, we only do outdoor hire on real grass, hard standing or fake grass is a NO NO from us.
  • Sand bag weighting is only available for inside hall hires only.


Poor Weather condition

There may be times when extreme weather condition like wind, rain, that can make it unsafe for us to put inflatables out. if we make the decision to withdraw the hire due to these reason, we will try to offer you a alternative date subject to availability.

 

Highway restriction

  • Little legs buses cannot be held liable for a delay in reaching your chosen location due to emergency road work or any other hazards on the highway which may cause us delays. We will keep you the hirer informed.


Food & Drink

  • Food and drinks cannot be consumed on the inflatables.
  • Chewing gum is forbidden at all time from all of our equipment.


Clothing and footwear

  • Children are not allowed to wear shoes of any type on our inflatables.

It is your responsibility as the hirer to ensure that all the children attending the party/event are advised to bring socks to prevent any friction burns from the inflatables.

  • You the hirer must ensure that all members of the group have removed all jewellery, badges, or other sharp objects to reduce the risk of injury.
  • wearers of glasses are asked to remove there glasses only if they can manage without them.


Rules of play


  • If an inflatable comes with specific safety inclusions (helmet, neck brace etc.), do not use the product without them.
  • No one with any pre-existing injuries, health concerns (recovering from surgery, limitations), or in any stage of pregnancy or under the influence of Alcohol or Drugs must NOT use the equipment.
  • Do not allow users access to the fans, cables or zips.
  • Check the fan, zips, anchors Points / high ropes and every other inclusion before, during and after every use.
  • Do not allow users to climb or hang on the containing walls.
  • The inflatable to be used with the supplied fans only.
  • Always respect and restrict the maximum number and height of users to the specifications on the label of the inflatable and the PIPA tag report.
  • Exercise constant supervision. Do not leave the product unsupervised in an inflated state. When not in use deflate it.
  • No food or drink is permitted on the inflatable equipment. Users may not have anything in their mouths (gum, candy, etc.) While on the inflatable equipment.
  • Do not allow users to bounce on the step/ramp area.
  • Separate users into groups of approximately the same height and age. This is avoiding the more boisterous users coming into contact with the smaller users.
  • Get users to remove shoes, necklaces, bags, purses and/or anything hard or sharp.
  • Ask spectacle wearers if they can manage without - if not, warn the other users.
  • Keep the surrounding area clear.
  • Stop users from playing too roughly.
  • Stop users from trying to somersault.
